1. What Information Do We Collect?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you express interest in our services or contact us. This may include:
- Names
- Email addresses
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive personal information.
Payment Data. If you make a purchase, we may collect payment instrument data. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. See their privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.
2. How Do We Process Your Information?
We process your personal information for the following purposes:
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to you.
- To respond to your inquiries and offer support.
- To send administrative information about our products, services, and policy changes.
- To save or protect an individual’s vital interest.
3. What Legal Bases Do We Rely On?
We only process your personal information when we have a valid legal reason to do so. If you are located in the EU or UK, we rely on the following bases: consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, and vital interests. If you are in Canada, we rely on express or implied consent, and may process without consent in limited circumstances permitted by law.
4. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?
We may share your data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf. The third parties we may share personal information with include:
- Communicate and Chat with Users: Zoom
- Invoice and Billing: Stripe
- Website Hosting: WordPress, Vercel
- Business Operations & Service Delivery: Cal.com
- CRM, SMS and Email Messaging: GoHighLevel (LeadConnector)
- Database and Storage: Supabase
Mobile information is never shared for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may also share information in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
5. SMS Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, Isaac's Digital may contact you by SMS.
How we obtain consent. We send text messages only to people who have given express written consent, by ticking the consent box on a form on this website, by submitting our chat widget, or by providing your number and agreeing to be contacted during a call or in writing. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Types of messages. Depending on the consent you gave, messages may include replies to enquiries, appointment reminders and scheduling, project and account updates, and promotional offers.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages, unless you later opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at isaac@isaacsdigital.com.
Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law, including use of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it.
8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. You should only access our services within a secure environment.
9. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from minors, please contact us at isaac@isaacsdigital.com.
10. What Are Your Privacy Rights?
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at isaac@isaacsdigital.com. If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your information, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or other mechanisms that automatically communicate your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow, we will update this notice accordingly.
12. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or certain other US states, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing.
