Due to the custom and digital nature of our services and products, all sales are final. Once a project has commenced, a service has been rendered, or a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
Client satisfaction is important to us. Revisions may be available as outlined in your service agreement. Please contact us promptly if deliverables do not meet agreed specifications.
